~ (bitwise NOT)

Returns the bitwise NOT (negation) of two numeric expressions. This is the bitwise complement.

Syntax

~ expr --> integer

expr ::= integer

Returns an integer that is the bitwise NOT of the input.

Notes

  • If the value is NULL, the result is NULL.
