Support Team Access

Facilitating a seamless and effortless support experience by authorizing the BLUE Support Team with Temporary Access. This proactive action will be undertaken by a cluster admin for a predetermined duration.

Allowing Access for BLUE Support Team

  1. In your BLUE web interface, navigate to Settings > Support Access.

  2. Toggle Enable support team access for On.

  3. From the duration drop-down menu, choose a timeframe to specify how long the BLUE support team will have access to your cluster.

Disabling Access for BLUE Support Team

Once the support team has completed their troubleshooting or investigation, you may either:

  • Toggle Enable support team access for off

  • Allow the enabled timeframe for support access to expire
